Tony worked for ten years with Jakarta Hilton International and five years with Sheraton Resorts Bali before starting up his own training consultancy. His last position at Sheraton Resorts Bali was Director of Training and Development. His clients include organizations from the hotel and tourism industry, restaurant and catering, hospital, developer, retail, banking, mining, manufacturing, automotive, pharmacutical, education, NGO and various other industries in major cities throughout Indonesia.
